We believe all students should have access to engaging and relevant content at their level. With this belief, we’d like to introduce you to the Readlee content library.
Our library provides the following:
- Readlee original leveled texts for K-College
- Popular public domain texts (i.e., Great Gatsby and Shakespeare)
- Popular speeches (i.e., The Gettysburg Address and Ain’t I A Woman by Sojourner Truth)
- Fair-use short stories highlighting authors of color
- Fair use poetry
- Fair use essays
To assign a reading from the Readlee content Library:
1. Simply click “Content Library” in the left-hand menu.
2. Explore the library, and filter by grade level, author, title, and more, to find the perfect text for your students.
3. Once you have chosen the text, click on the underlined title.
4. Review the text as students will see it, and click "Add to Assignments +" in the top right corner and assign it to the class and/or students of your choice!
