You have two easy options for adding students:
Option #1: Google Classroom Import
- Sign into your account
- Click “Students” in the left-hand navigation bar
- Click “New Class”
- Click “Import Class”
- Sign into your Google account and choose which class(es) to import
Pro-tip: All classes you select will be added to your class list. When students log into Readlee, encourage them to sign up with Google, and they will immediately be brought to your class and assigned all readings in the library for that class.
Option #2: Class Link or Join Code
- Sign into your account
- Click “Students” in the left-hand navigation bar
- Click “New Class”
- Click “Create Class”
- Input Class Name and select “Enter”
- You will be brought to a blank roster for the class you just created. Near the top right of your screen you will see the option to “Add Students”. Click these words.
- This will show you a class link and a class code. Either of these will allow students to join your class.
- Class Link: Simply share the class link for students to click and they will be led straight to a screen to create their account to become part of your class.
- Class Code: Students will choose sign up at app.readlee.com, choose student and then enter your class code to enter using the class code.
- Pro-tip: At any time, you may choose to edit the join code to something more student friendly.
